Let us introduce ourselves

We are food facility consultants and designers who have worked in the Intermountain and surrounding areas for many years and have many satisfied customers. We would welcome any opportunity to work with you on any of your projects were food service is involved. We have completed kitchens in schools, restaurants, jails, convention centers and in-plant feeding. Several projects we have recently completed are Ruth's Chris Restaurants in San Antonio, Indianapolis, Niagara Falls and Boise Idaho. Also, we have completed the Uintah County Jail and the Ute Tribe jail, as well as the Uintah County convention center. We are close to completion with the employee cafeteria and sensory kitchen for JR Simplot. We are presently working on several schools. We would be happy to provide you with a complete list of projects completed and references. We can work on both small and big projects. We know the requirements of Architects, and can therefore provide schematics based on our different systems of kitchen layouts. We look at 6 basic systems which in some way fits all types of operations, especially the kitchens. We then determine what equipment, and the use of that equipment will best take care of the particular system.

As we get involved in design development, we follow up with MEP drawings with rough-ins for the specified equipment. Part of this package usually involves hood drawings with details and also custom items.

We are making great efforts to improve our services to the architects we work with and also the ultimate customer. We are for example this next month concentrating on an area of our business on the handling of food service waste, including Styrofoam and types of plastic film, plates and flatware, as you know the environment has become one of the food service industry's most pressing challenges

To keep up with the times, we are presently using Revitt besides Autocad as requested by the Architect. We also have a program where we are linked with the equipment manufactures and can put together an accurate cost opinion. We are also working on a maintenance program as part of our package, for the end user to properly take care of their equipment investment.
